Wise Work, LLC is Blaire Tinker, EdD living into her mantra. It is actualizing that all things are possible, achievable, and attainable. Her calling to serve stems from her roles and responsibilities as a mother, cousin, friend, mentor, and coach. Blaire's work in this endeavor to shift from awareness to action is grounded in experience and testimony. Her roots as an intercultural and success coach and DEI Practitioner in Higher Education (with over 14 years of experience), her role as a Qualified Administrator in the Intercultural Inventory, and her current work in Organizational Leadership with a concentration on equity leadership, ground Wise Work experiences in theory, and interculturally informed pedagogy. More importantly, it is her intrinsic motivation to assist people, specifically women in intentionally seeking excellence in every aspect of their lives.

My daughter is only 8 but creating an empowered spirit needs to begin early and I believe that at any time in our lives, we can increase our self-efficacy. Wise Work, LLC came from the affirmations of others in my ability to inspire change and my capacity to trust myself to support women in leveling up!"
