Wise Work, LLC is Blaire Tinker, EdD living into her mantra—actualizing that all things are possible, achievable, and attainable. Her calling to serve stems from her roles and responsibilities as a mother, cousin, friend, mentor, and coach. Blaire's work in shifting from awareness to action is grounded in experience and testimony. Her roots as an intercultural and success coach, DEI Practitioner in Higher Education (with over 15 years of experience), her role as a Qualified Administrator in the Intercultural Inventory, and her current work in Organizational Leadership with a concentration on equity leadership ground Wise Work experiences in theory and interculturally informed pedagogy. Now, as a practitioner of Restorative Justice, Blaire integrates community-building circles and restorative practices into her work, fostering environments of accountability and trust. More importantly, it is her intrinsic motivation to assist people, specifically women, in intentionally seeking excellence in every aspect of their lives.

My daughter is only 9 but creating an empowered spirit needs to begin early and I believe that at any time in our lives, we can increase our self-efficacy.
